Established in 1995
It all began with a dad called Zyne who realised that as his girls, Zianè & Zaylee, were growing up they needed a place that they could call their own, where they could imagine and play.
Whilst at home one night he decided that a treehouse would be the best for his little girls, with great disappointment he discovered that nowhere and no one in South Africa did any treehouses that are innovative or fun.
The kids’ favourite bedtime story at that stage was “Alice in Wonderland” . It had the most fascinating houses with odd shapes, crooked roofs with the most mesmerising colours. Inspired by this and the undivided support from his beloved wife Antoinette he worked tirelessly in his own garage to make his vision a reality.
With Vision, Dedication and Passion he built the most imaginative treehouse for his two little girls, even exceeding his own expectations. Kids soon all over the neighbourhood wanted to see this extraordinary treehouse.
Word soon got out, and kids Playhouses and Treehouses had to be built for family and friends across Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa, till this very day…

We only make use of the best A-grade materials for our houses. All our poles are CCA treated to level H4 and SABS approved. In accordance with SAWPA (South African Wood Preservers Association
Each and every piece of wood goes through a planer and is sanded down to make sure there are no splinters in any of our material.
We make use of SABS Pine structural wood, 38/114 S5; 38/152 S5 or 38/228 S5 for Our Deck frames and SABS 20mm CCA non slip decking wood, which is treated with Timberlife KhuniDip, this is an oil/wax-based penetrating sealer that protects raw (uncoated) wood against water ingress, surface degradation and contamination. The high-quality blend of drying oils and water repellent wax components deeply penetrates, stabilizes, and nourishes the wood.
Our playhouses/treehouse are built with SABS 38/76 S5 Pine Structural wood and is cladded with a mixture of K/pine, Wisa Birch plywood and marine Okami marine ply.
We make use of Wisa Birch Plywood or Okami Marine ply for our wall and window finishes; this product is manufactured of birch veneers imported from Finland. Veneer layers are glued together with weather resistant glues which prevents any delamination of the veneers. The Playhouses and Treehouses are treated with ColorDip which is a water-borne, ready – for – use wood sealer that is safe to use, quick drying and provides a water repellent, tough and tack free coating. This also contains additional emulsion-based polymers and UV absorbers as well as light stabilizers that provide a clear, tough coating with added protection against UV degradation caused by sunlight exposure.
